Couple arrested on several charges, woman found hiding in bedroom dresser

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department reports their Warrants Team along with U.S. Marshals located a wanted couple in the 1200 block of Huey Street in South Bend Wednesday.
Police say 45-year-old Donald Bigelow was arrested without incident, while 28-year-old Shelby Toth was found hiding in a bedroom dresser.
The report states police also found two firearms in the home.
Bigelow was wanted on an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant for Domestic Battery. He now faces new charges of Felon in Possession of a Firearm with Priors, Assisting a Criminal, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana.
Toth was wanted on a felony warrant for Probation Violation with the Underlying Charge of Resisting Law Enforcement by Flight using a Vehicle.
