Construction on State Road 23 enters phase three

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The third phase of construction on the State Road 23 bridge over State Road 933 begins today.
The north-bound lanes of State Road 23 are being converted into two-way traffic lanes, while the south-bound lanes will be closed for construction.
The ramp from Mishawaka Ave. to State Road 23 and the ramp from State Road 23 to State Road 933 will be closed starting on May 25
