Community feedback wanted on new instructional cooking program

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Portage Township Trustee Office is holding a public information session at the St. Joe County Public Library Learning Center on Thursday, June 20, at 6 p.m.

Trustees are seeking input on NOURISH, a community-oriented instructional cooking program.

Community members will be asked about the barriers they face when it comes to balanced healthy eating.

Organizers say stop by Classroom E for free food and friendly conversation.
