Overcast skies pervade Michiana today amidst a substantial cooldown, bringing highs to near freezing this afternoon. Quiet weather carries on tonight with lows in the bottom of the 20s. Wednesday starts off dry as temperatures climb to the mid 30s, but a wintry mix starts Wednesday late evening and lasts through early Thursday morning. As mentioned yesterday, the biggest concern is ice accumulation on roads and walkways Wednesday night into Thursday that will cause slippery surfaces during the AM commute. Thursday ends mostly clear, giving way to a freezing cold Friday with mainly cloudy skies.
Today: Overcast. High 31.
Tonight: Overcast. Low 23.
Wednesday: PM wintry mix. High 35.
Thursday: AM wintry mix. High 40.
