SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend, in partnership with the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County and Downtown South Bend, are set to host an event to present a draft of the Downtown South Bend 2045 on Thursday Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. at the Leighton Auditorium in the St. Joseph County Public Library's Community Learning Center.

They will also be hosting an open house for the public to learn more about plan elements on Tuesday March 4 and Thursday March 6 at the Howard Park Event Center from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with a brief presentation set to occur each day at noon.
