SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The city of South Bend is highlighting their multi-year effort to improve roadways all over the city with its " Rebuilding Our Streets" initiative.
The city spending 10 million dollars on a number of resurfacing and full reconstruction projects. Mayor James Mueller says the goal is to build up neighborhoods with the most need.
The project will address more than 90 streets covering a total of 48 miles of road that will benefit from this investment.
