CHICAGO, Ill. -- The St. Patrick’s Day Parade was back downtown Chicago Sunday.
It was called off for the past two years because officials said the crowds were too rowdy and there were too many drunken fights.
This time around they added extra security to make sure the family-friendly event stayed friendly.
