Charity ride honors fallen police, firefighters and veterans
ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – On Sunday motorcyclists will take to the road for the 22nd annual Riding to Remember Fallen Police, Firefighter, and Veteran charity ride.
The ride is a 72 mile police escorted ride through Elkhart County to remember the fallen public servants and veterans along with those that are currently serving in the community.
Those who wish to participate in the event were urged to register before hand as day-of registration is not possible due to COVID-19 restrictions. The last day to register was Monday.
Riders are asked to arrive at Hoosier Harley Davidson between 11 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. with kick stands up at 12:30 p.m.
The ride will travel through Wakarusa, Nappanee, Goshen, Middlebury and Bristol before returning to Elkhart.
All pre-registered rider will receive a commemorative tee shirt.
