Buttigieg tackles snow storm on day one

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Mayor Pete Buttigieg spent his first full day as mayor tackling a snow storm.

Buttigieg said on Monday city crews were working 12 hour shifts to keep the roads clear.
Crews were first clearing the main arteries and hoped to start on neighborhood and side streets on Monday night once the snow stopped falling.
Buttigieg said all the city departments were working together to get the city streets cleared as soon as possible.
