Burn Ban in effect in New Buffalo

NEW BUFFALO, Mich. -- As of Wednesday, the New Buffalo Township Fire Department has placed a city-wide burn ban on open burning until further notice.
The department cites the heat and dry conditions throughout Michiana as the reason for the ban.
