Another round of rain, then a cool weekend
ELKHART, Ind. - A third victim in Saturday's Elkhart hit and run died Sunday.
The infant, Dolly Smith, an 8-month-old passed away in Chicago at Comer Children's Hospital
Two other victims of the collision died Saturday.
Shawn Wolcott, 22, died at Memorial Hospital.
Courtney Smith, 11, died at the scene.
Allison Mikel, 22, and Bradley Smith, 22, were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
All victims are from Elkhart, and were walking on the sidewalk when they were hit.
Here is a timeline of what unfolded Saturday evening:
Police say the suspect vehicle was going East on Beardsley Avenue when he hit the five pedestrians and two cars, then took off.
Investigators are looking for a Cadillac light in color with front and driver's side damage.
