Bicyclist hit on CR40 dies from injuries

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The 26-year old bicyclist who was injured early Wednesday morning in a on CR40 in Elkhart County died from his injuries.
According to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department, at 4:44 a.m. , the driver of a Dodge Stratus was driving east on CR40 north of the city limits of Millersburg when he crossed left of center and struck bicyclist Daniel C. Yoder head on.
Yoder was flown to South Bend Memorial Hospital.
He died at the hospital.
