The snow sticks around
BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – The Berrien County Trial Court will be moving to phase 3 of its reopening process with changes to accommodate pandemic precautions.
Some visitors will be allowed access to additional in-person proceedings but the court will not be open to the general public.
Guests with business at non-court departments housed in the courthouse facilities will be served by appointment only.
Anyone coming into the buildings will be required to complete a health screening beforehand and will be required to wear a mask.
