BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. — The state of Michigan suspended a Berrien County pharmacist who used cocaine. Richard Wallsten was convicted in February and ordered to pay fines or serve 30 days in jail.
The state department of licensing says Michigan law allows for mandatory suspension after a conviction involving controlled substances.
