Benton Harbor Mayor Marcus Muhammad to deliver State of the City address

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- Benton Harbor Mayor Marcus Muhammad will deliver the State of the City address at the Benton Harbor Public Library Tuesday evening.
The address will be held at 6 p.m. at the Benton Harbor Public Library on E. Wall Street.
The event is free and open to the public.
