Bald tires blamed for single-vehicle crash Monday afternoon

St. Joseph County Police Department NORTH LIBERTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department reports officers responded to a single-vehicle crash in the 600 block of State Street in North Liberty Monday afternoon.
Police say there were no injuries.
Authorities believe the cause of the crash to be a combination of bald tires and slick roads, which caused the driver to lose control.
A section of State Street was temporarily closed.
