ELKHART, Ind. – A man was arrested in connection with a shots fired call on Eden Street on Friday, the Elkhart Police Department announced.
At 1:38 p.m., police were called to the 1300 block of Eden Street for reports of shots fired.
According to the caller, shots struck a house on the street.
During the investigation, police arrested one man in connection with the incident.
He was arrested in the 300 block of E. Indiana Avenue and taken to the Elkhart County Jail.
Officers also collected firearms in connection with the man’s arrest, reports said.
No injuries were reported and there is no immediate threat to the public.
This is an ongoing investigation.
