SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- More affordable housing is coming to South Bend with the latest $20-million-dollar development that will be specifically for the senior population.
The non-profit “AHEPA Senior Living” will break ground Friday with the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development.
They plan a new three-story 72-unit affordable senior living community right off State Road 23 on Generations Drive.
