ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- ADEC celebrated their organization’s 70th anniversary on Thursday as they continue to provide programs and services to people living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
"Our mission remains the same, helping those with intellectual and developmental disabilities,” said Donna Belusar, President and CEO of ADEC.
The organization started by providing a program that offers disabled individuals a safe space.
