BENTON HARBOR, Mich. – Absentee ballots in Benton Harbor have doubled from years past according to election officials.
According to officials they have sent out 1,800 ballots just from Benton Harbor, and they have received 60 percent of them back.
Benton Harbor is still expecting a higher voter turnout, they ordered two extra voting machines just in case for this upcoming election.
There will be COVID-19 precautions put in place.
