A Silver Alert has been declared for missing Elkhart man

Indiana State Police ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Police Department has declared a Silver Alert and is investigating the disappearance of 61-year-old Patrick Arthur Dowllar of Elkhart.
Dowllar is 5'5 with brown hair/brown eyes and is approximately 150 pounds. He was last seen Sunday Jan.12 at around 5:30 p.m.
Dowllar is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical attention.
