UPDATE: Around 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan 13, EPD reports that Dowllar was found safe and returned to his family. 

ORIGINAL: ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Police Department has declared a Silver Alert and is investigating the disappearance of 61-year-old Patrick Arthur Dowllar of Elkhart.

Dowllar is 5'5 with brown hair/brown eyes and is approximately 150 pounds. He was last seen Sunday Jan.12 at around 5:30 p.m.

Dowllar is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical attention.
