UPDATE: Silver Alert for Delphi man cancelled

UPDATE: As of 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, the Silver Alert for Raymond Payne has been cancelled. 

ORIGINAL: DELPHI, Ind. -- A Silver Alert has been declared for 41-year-old Raymond E. Payne of Delphi Indiana.

Payne is estimated to be 5'11, 173 pounds, brown hair, blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Payne was last seen on Nov. 10 at approximately 9:24 a.m. and is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical attention.
