A nice winter weekend, then a melt next week

The bitter cold lasts through Saturday morning; lows in the teens and highs struggling to reach 30 on Friday. Icy conditions are likely to continue until temperatures warm this weekend into the 30s. This weekend will be a nice winter weekend, highs in the 30s and snow on the ground, enjoy some winter fun. Next week, a melt as highs warm into the 40s, the next significant weather is rain, by next Friday.
