ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – A man has been arrested in connection of the August 21, 2020 shooting that left one dead.
Brandon Stahl, 26, was arrested on Thursday morning in the connection of the deadly shooting of Ryan Serafino, 28.
Officials were called out to 114 South Roosevelt Avenue just before 11:30 p.m. on August 21 where they found Serafino dead in his basement with apparent gunshots wounds. Stahl was also injured in the shooting.
According to court documents, hours before the shootout, Stahl allegedly threatened to kill Serafino for breaking up his family.
Serafino was in a relationship with the mother of Stahl’s child according to police.
Stahl is charged with the murder and felony firearm sentencing enhancement and is facing up to 85 years in prison.
