Mishawaka's solid waste transition concludes final week of December
MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The City of Mishawaka announced the solid waste transition from Republic Services to Waste Management is coming to a close the last week of December.
City officials say the final trash and recycling pickup by Republic Services will occur during the last week of December, concluding on Dec. 31. on your regularly scheduled pickup day.
After Republic Services completes their final collection, you're asked to leave your Republic bins at the curb on your scheduled trash day.
Republic will collect their bins following their final pickup.
Residents can start using the WM bins on Jan. 2, 2025, for all trash and recycling collection services.
