MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Marian High School announced Monday that its Boys Basketball team is getting a new Head Coach with 16 years of experience as an assistant coach.

In the Monday announcement, Marian High School revealed that Matthew Sobieralski, who has spent eight years at Marian as an English teacher and three years as the Assistant Head Coach, has been hired.

Aside from his 16 years' experience as an assistant coach, Sobieralski is also an alumnus of Marian High School, graduating in 2006 before earning a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from IU South Bend.
