BRISTOL, Ind. -- History fans visited five Revolutionary War veteran gravesites in Elkhart County to learn more about early American history.
This caravan tour stretched all the way from Elkhart County Historical Museum to the Bonneyville Cemetery.
Around 20 participants showed up ready to learn about the five historic veterans.
At each grave the tour guide provided information on the lives and history of the veterans.
"It's important to remember their name, but it's also important to remember this spirit of bravery and service encouragement that they had, and that's what I'm hoping my participants today are walking away with from this program," said Museum Curator of Education Jenifer Blouin Policelli.
