SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- ABC57 Kickoff continues its "Salute to Service" with a look at a long-standing tradition led by Notre Dame ROTC.
Director of Military and Veterans Affairs, Ken Heckel, a retired Lt. Colonel in the United States Army and former Notre Dame ROTC Cadet, stopped by to discuss the tradition and his time journey in the military.
