UPDATE: St. Joseph County police officials confirm with ABC57 that Forsgren has been found.

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A Silver Alert has been declared for 84-year-old Ann Marie Forsgren of Osceola according to the St. Joseph County Police Department report.

Forsgren was last seen around 11 a.m., Monday, and is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.

Forsgren is described as a white woman, 5 feet tall, 144 pounds, with gray hair with blue eyes, last seen wearing a tan sunhat, white blouse, and black pants.
