BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- On Jan. 6 the Southwest Enforcement Team detectives and Michigan State Police executed a search warrant in the 2700 block of Weaver Road in Bertrand Township, following two-month narcotics investigation. 

A 63-year-old male from Bertrand Township was arrested on five counts of felony firearm possession, a one count felony of receiving and concealing a stolen firearm, one count of possession of heroin, and one count of maintaining a drug house.
