CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- On Tuesday at roughly 6 p.m., the Cass County Sheriff's Office conducted a Search Warrant in the 60,000 block of Eagle Point Road in Calvin Township on a tip of possible stolen property.

During the search, stolen property, methamphetamines, and a large quantity of marijuana were discovered. A 55-year-old man was also arrested at the time.

Charges being sought for the man include Possession of drugs with the intent to deliver, Possession of Methamphetamines, Maintaining a drug house, Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, Possession of Stolen Property, Operating a Chop Shop, and Altering or removing a Vehicle Identification Number.

The defendant's name has been withheld until after arraignment on charges.
