44-year-old man sentenced to six years in prison for drug offenses
Jaron Williams SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of Indiana announced Wednesday morning that 44-year-old Jaron Williams of South Bend was sentenced after pleading guilty to several drug offenses.
Williams pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute 40 Grams or more of a Mixture and Substance Containing Fentanyl, a Mixture and Substance Containing a Detectable Amount of Cocaine, and a Mixture and Substance Containing a Detectable Amount of Methamphetamine.
Williams was sentenced to six years in prison followed by four years of supervised release.
Case documents reveal Williams sold fentanyl to someone on two occasions in the fall of 2024.
Authorities said in December 2024, officers executed a search warrant at Williams' home where cocaine, fentanyl powder, and methamphetamine were found.
Police say they also found four handguns, a shotgun, and over $64,000 in cash.
