ELKHART, Ind. -- A 25-year-old Ypsilanti, Michigan man is facing several felony counts of related to child sex abuse material following an investigation which began on Sept. 4.

The suspect, Fernando Roberson Jr., is charged with one count of Child Solicitation, a Level 5 Felony, and 10 counts of Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material, as a Level 6 Felony.

Roberson's initial hearing is Oct. 26.

According to the probable cause affidavit in the case, a 12-year-old at a local psychiatric facility was found to have videos of them having sexual relations with adult men on their cell phone.
