2-month-old passes away after being found unresponsive in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind.—A 2-month-old has passed away after being found unresponsive on Wednesday evening.
The Elkhart Police Department said Friday that the incident is still under investigation by the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police were called to a home on Middlebury Street on Wednesday evening after a 2-month-old was found unresponsive and the child was taken to the hospital.The 2-month-old then passed away, police said.
