Elkhart Police investigating after 2-month-old hospitalized

ELKHART, Ind. -- Elkhart Police were called to a home on Middlebury Street Wednesday evening after a 2-month-old was found unresponsive.
When officers arrived, they started CPR. When paramedics arrived, they immediately transported the child to Elkhart General Hospital.
The child was later taken to Memorial Hospital and is currently being treated.
The case remains under investigation, police said.
