Minor injuries suffered in South Bend rollover crash Monday afternoon
OSCEOLA, Ind. -- After coming forward to police on Friday, the woman who has admitted to being the driver of the vehicle caught on camera almost striking two children while passing a stopped school bus has been arrested and formally charged.
On Monday, 23-year-old Shau-Ri Sparkle Rae Rose was charged with two counts of Felony Level 6 Criminal Recklessness
Authorities say Rose took responsibility by contacting the police department on Friday and has fully cooperated with the investigation.
