Woman’s body found on Lake Michigan beach

LAKE TOWNSHIP, Mich.—The body of an unidentified woman was found ashore Lake Michigan Sunday afternoon, north of Warren Dunes State Park.
According to the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office, a person walking along Lake Michigan shortly after 12:30 p.m. spotted the body.
Authorities believe the body washed up on shore.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
The investigation remains ongoing.
