The weather is colder to end the week but far from the coldest weather we've had so far this season. Snow showers return but with temperatures holding above freezing and the ground still warm from the recent warm-up, there is little to low impact. A few slick spots may be a concern tonight when temperatures fall below freezing. Flurries come to an end Friday morning and clouds break into Saturday. There could be a few light snow showers Saturday night, otherwise the weather pattern remains quiet through most of next week. The pattern over the next two weeks remains persistently zonal with a west-east flow. This typically means no major swings in temperature and below normal precipitation.
Thursday: Flurries and snow showers. Little to no accumulation. Temps steady in the mid-30s
Tonight: Light snow showers. Less than an inch on the grass. Low 30. Friday: A few flurries in the morning, then cloudy. High 35.
Saturday: More sun than clouds. Snow showers are possible at night. High 38.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy. High 38.
