SOUTH BEND, Ind -- Heavy snow blankets across Michiana on one of the biggest holiday travel weeks, Thanksgiving.
As millions of Americans travel during the holiday week, thousands head out of South Bend International Airport.
Many delays and cancellations effected many people in the Michiana area. Some got lucky and left right on time while others spent hours in the airport.
ABC57's Sidney Moore spoke with a traveler who spent the night at the airport due to her flight being delayed to Florida.
As we head into the winter months it's important if you are flying out or to SBN airport to make sure to check your airlines app or website or visit https://flysbn.com/flights-airlines/arrivals-departures/ for updates on your flights.
