Hall of Heroes to host eighth annual Comic Con
The Hall of Heroes Comic Con 2025 has doubled in size for its eighth annual celebration on Saturday and Sunday, organizers said.
The event will take place at the Northern Indiana Events Center / RV Hall of Fame on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The convention is set to have over 100 vendors and regional artists along with everything from vintage comics and toys to unique artwork and collectibles.
There will also be Hollywood vehicles, including the 1960s Batmobile, on display,
Several celebrities from artists to movie and TV stars are also set to be in attendance.
You can buy your tickets ahead of time on the Hall of Heroes Comic Con website, with tickets starting as low as $25.

The Lerner celebrates 100 years with free 'Dancing Through the Decades' performance
The Lerner Theatre announced, in celebration of its 100th birthday, Epic Dance Studios will present a free special performance, titled 'Dancing Through the Decades," on Sunday at 3 p.m.
From the Charleston of the roaring '20's, to the styles of the 2020's, the dancers will take the audience on a journey through a century of dance.
Organizers say it’s not just a performance; it’s a celebration of the community’s spirit and resilience.

Community Garage Sale happening this weekend in Mishawaka
The Mishawaka Department of Parks and Recreation is holding its annual Community Yard Sale event this coming Saturday, May 31, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Battell Community Center.
"With 35 families selling gently used items of all kinds, you’re sure to find something special," organizers said.
