Cloudy, breezy Wednesday morning; improvements this afternoon
Another summer-like day to end the weekend, with temperatures warming by afternoon into the mid 80s. While we get a little taste of sunshine this morning, clouds increase through the rest of today.
Most of Michiana stays dry, but there will be a handful of isolated showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. No severe weather is expected, but within any of these storms, there could be a few good downpours.
The chance for a spotty shower or two lingers overnight with temperatures falling into the mid 60s. Monday, more of the same. Mostly dry with just a few thundershower chances.
There’s a better chance for widespread rain and thunderstorms Tuesday night into Wednesday.
Temperatures stay above normal in the 80s through Wednesday, then we’ll cool into the 70s starting Thursday through Memorial Day weekend.
Today: Increasing cloud cover. Spotty showers and thunderstorms. High 84.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Spotty showers / thunderstorms possible. Low 64.
Monday: Isolated thunderstorms. High 86.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy and breezy. PM rain / storms. High 86.
