SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- New details have been provided regarding a shooting in the 500 block of West Colfax Avenue during Tuesday afternoon.
South Bend Police have identified the victim as 37-year-old Brien Franklin Jr. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
SBPD reports that no suspects have been identified at this time.
