UPDATE: Judge decides that Destiny Cougar Coulson to remain in custody
BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- On Wednesday, prosecutors had to decide, whether or not a teenage girl would be charged as an adult for allegedly shooting a 21-year-old Eau Claire man.
Police found the body of DJ Quinn on Tuesday around 3:30 a.m. at a home on Shanghai Road, in Pipestone Township.
Neighbors said he had only been living there for about a week with his girlfriend.

The hearing on Destiny Cougar Coulson, his 16-year-old girlfriend, just ended.
It was a detention hearing in the Berrien County Family Court.
The judge decided that she will remain in custody in the juvenile system.
