MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports deputies responded to a residence in the 12000 block of Thumper Trail in Lapaz around 10:53 p.m., Wednesday, for an unwanted guest.

The investigation determined the unwanted person to be 45-year-old Chasity A. Morgan.

It was learned Morgan had an active warrant out of Fulton County for Failure to Appear.

Once taken to the Marshall County Jail, deputies found prescription pills in Morgan's belongings.

Morgan told authorities she had no prescription for them.

Morgan was subsequently charged with Possession of Controlled Substance.

Morgan was given a court date and a cash bond of $500.
