Interview with Dr. Mark Fox of IU School of Medicine post CDC...
A shallow cold front just passed over Michiana early this morning, bringing in cooler and calmer conditions to start off the day and week. Splotches of fog are possible this morning, especially in more rural and low-lying stretches where cooler air can pool. Our area clears up later today and warms to the low 80s with partly cloudy skies overhead. Tonight, lows fall into the bottom to the 60s amidst calm and mostly clear weather. Tuesday is slightly warmer, but with similar sky conditions, than today with highs forecasted in the mid 80s. A warm front lifts into the proximity of the Great Lakes on Wednesday, bringing a bump in temperatures and rain chances to Michiana. Scattered showers are possible in the second half of hump day and could last into Thursday morning.
Today: Partly cloudy. High 82.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 61.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy. High 85.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy. High 86.
