CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- A two-vehicle crash sent one man to the hospital Wednesday evening, says the Cass County Sheriff's Office.

Around 6:52 p.m. Wednesday, Cass County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on Detroit Road near Dodge Court in Howard Township.

The deputies' investigation found that one car was driving north on Detroit Road before it crossed the centerline in poor visibility, crashing into another vehicle driving south.

The first driver was then transported to Corewell Lakeland Niles Hospital for his injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
