Two arrested after troopers find quarter pound of meth

ROCHESTER, In. – Two people were arrested after state troopers found approximately a quarter pound of meth and drug paraphernalia at a residence in Rochester, Indiana State Police announced.

On 9:43 a.m. on Friday, troopers served a search warrant on a residence along Coral Drive.

The search warrant was part of a narcotics investigation after troopers received information about possible illegal drug activity at the home.

Inside the home, troopers located 21-year-old Allyson Byerline and 32-year-old Collan Johnson, both of Rochester.

During a search of the residence, troopers found approximately a quarter pound of methamphetamine, marijuana, $669, and drug paraphernalia, according to reports.

Byerline and Johnson were taken to the Fulton County Jail, where each face charges of dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Johnson faces an additional charge of invasion of privacy.
