MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Another one of the suspects in the group dubbed the "Mishawaka Six" is expected to go before a judge.
He and five teammates are accused of forcibly sodomizing a fellow wrestler with a broomstick in the spring of 2010.
The first of the six was sentenced in juvenile court last week. He was given a 60-day suspended sentence, 20 hours of community service, and at least six months of probation.
He must also write a letter of apology to the victim.
