SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Beef tallow is a trend that has blown up on social media recently due to its health benefits for both your skin and overall health.
Tallow used to be used at Top Notch in South Bend, a restaurant that has been around since 1996. Now they are switching back to their old ways. With this switch the restaurant will accommodate food allergies regarding the tallow, but this product aims to bring a healthier and tastier approach to the breakfast classics.
This switch has already led to a boost in customers along with more followers on their social media platforms.
Not only do they use the tallow to cook food, but to avoid waste they have also launched beef tallow skin and body care products.
