NAPPANEE, Ind. -- Earlier this week, the Nappanee Police Department has arrested 57-year-old Brian K. Cochran, of Nappanee, on 10 counts of Child Exploitation.

"A Nappanee officer who is part of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that led to the investigation," NPD said. "As a result of the search warrant, Brian K. Cochran, 57, of Nappanee was arrested and booked into the Elkhart County Jail on 10 counts of Child Exploitation."

Cochran was arrested and jailed on Dec. 11.
